The year end recaps have already happened on IG but if I’ve learned anything this year, it’s not bad to do things differently than everyone else around me.💃🏼⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ The past week has been spent reviewing numbers and bookings for this year, checking in on my goals. If 2019 had a word, it would have been GROWTH. (Swipe to see that last photo for an accurate representation of how I felt at the beginning of the year, for real.) I moved into an extremely competitive new market and flourished. I surpassed my booking goal by $10k. I worked with incredible fellow vendors. So many amazing clients came a knocking because I focused on investing in my business to fuel our growth and I expanded my reach by blogging up a storm. 💻⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ I’ve had quite a few people in the industry tell me they don’t envy me. That breaking into the Santa Barbara wedding market is tough and they feel for where I’m at, but that’s not where my headspace is because I’m blowing past my business goals, right and left. My heart is in continuing to offer incredible photos, caring communication, and teamwork with other vendors to serve even more clients in 2020 and the future is bright.🌞⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ A very teary and heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our clients who trusted us with their weddings and events in 2019. To our 2020 + 2021 clients, we can’t wait to capture those magical moments so you can relive the party in your photos. 📸⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ As our unofficial company motto states, “Fresh nails, full hearts, can’t lose.”💅🏻🧡💥

There’s an inbox sitting in front of me filled with inquiries from Google + Pinterest, all thanks to a some key blog posts.☺️⁣ ⁣ They’re fresh, inspiring, and so full of vibrant love, people browsing on online can’t help but hit that save button on their inspiration boards. Those same brides + grooms have been ending up in my inbox asking if I’m free for their wedding date, which triggers an uncontrollable happy dance in my living room.💥 ⁣ ⁣ For the longest time, I didn’t thing blogging was my jam. It seemed mysterious, I never felt like I was doing it right, and it felt mega time consuming. Last year, I cracked the code. I got to work. And now? I’m sitting in my sweats, taking a well earned day off, and my inbox is popping with couples who found me on Google + Pinterest.💌⁣ ⁣ Brides + Grooms, if you’re just using Instagram for inspo, you are missing out!
